True Colours is a bi-colour oxheart, with raspberry marbling inside the green-when-ripe fruits. Large fruits are sweet and perfect for mediterranean breakfasts, sliced on toast or by itself. Potato leaf, vining plants offer better air flow in humid locations. Here are my thoughts on which is best for you. Midnight Sun is the most beautiful, maybe tied to Taiga for taste. True Colours is the highest yielding and earliest to ripen, slightly sweeter than Taiga and less yellow inside. Chinook and Tundra have a great meaty texture. All are Oxhearts, other than Polaris.
