Our online store is open year-round, with each year’s varieties restocked in January. Orders can be placed year-round. Note that orders placed from mid-December to early February will be held and will ship in early February, in the order they were placed.
Looking for a last-minute Christmas gift in early December? Don’t panic, our gift cards are available year-round! We don’t have a paper catalogue.
To shop our selection of seeds, select the category of the titles in the main menu navigation. To add a product to your cart, select the “ADD TO CART” button below the product image. The products in your cart will be visible to the right of your screen on a desktop computer.
To purchase the items in your cart, select the “SECURE CHECKOUT” option below the cart summary and follow the prompts to enter your billing information. We do not accept order placement by phone, fax or email.
Product prices are in CAD. Catalogue product prices are exclusive of tax (HST 15% in Nova Scotia). Depending on your shipping address, your local tax rate will be applied to your order at checkout.
Select the E-Transfer payment option at checkout. Once you place your order, we’ll send you an email with the email address to direct the E-Transfer to. Please include your order number in the E-Transfer message for prompt order fulfillment. We are set up for auto-deposit and there should not be a Q&A. If your bank requires a password to complete the process, please contact us immediately with the password for the transaction.
*Your E-Transfer must be received by Sow Local Seeds within 48 hours or your order will be cancelled.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and another email once your order has been shipped. Please confirm that no spelling mistakes are made when entering your email address at checkout.
Check your spam and junk folder for our confirmation emails and add Sow Local Seeds as a contact to avoid missing important emails!
Returns and Refunds
We understand that each person’s circumstances are different. We want to support you in your gardening journey. We don’t have a generalized returns and refunds policy.
