Karma Apricot Indeterminate Cocktail tomatoes are bicolour, apricot pink over yellow, fruits on potato leaf plants.
I grew Karma Apricot in my field on the Atlantic ocean in 2024. The wispy, potato leaf plants allowed for great airflow, helping to reduce disease pressure in our humid growing climate. These indeterminate (vining and bearing fruit continuously, until the frosts), require trellis support. Vining tomatoes are a great way to get lots of fruit in small growing spaces.
The flavour and texture changes as they ripen. My favourite stage is slightly immature with more yellow than pink showing. These bicolour fruits make farmers market tomato baskets pop!
