Description
“Chinook are luscious burgundy purple oxhearts. Rich and smooth, not too sweet with that extra something. Chinook is a tall regular leaf indeterminate purple oxheart from my True North series.” – Karen Olivier
Chinook is part of Karen Olivier’s True North Series which includes: Midnight Sun Indeterminate Slicing Tomato Seeds, Taiga Indeterminate Slicing Tomato Seeds, Oxheart: True Colours Indeterminate Tomato Seeds, Tundra Indeterminate Tomato Seeds and Beefsteak: Polaris Indeterminate Tomato Seeds
Here are my thoughts on which is best for you. Midnight Sun is the most beautiful, maybe tied with Taiga for taste. True Colours is the highest yielding and earliest to ripen, slightly sweeter than Taiga and less yellow inside. Chinook and Tundra have a great meaty texture. All are Oxhearts, other than Polaris.
